Return Policy

Cancellation before shipment:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on customercare@femora.in or call us on +91 8696954271.

In such cases, the order will be canceled and the refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

Cancellation post shipment:

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on customercare@femora.in or call us on +91 8696954271.

 Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, Post our examination we’ll refund your money within 24-48 business hours.

Return Policy

All items sold either have a 7 day return policy or a 7 day replacement policy, depending on the product category. Please check the policy applicable to the product you wish to purchase before making the purchase. You can place a return request from the My Orders section on the website for the items you wish to return/message on Whatsapp Number: +91-8696954271.

What are the conditions for the return policy?

7 Day Return Policy : 

  • Returns should be booked within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be returned undamaged with original packaging intact.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.

What are the conditions for the replacement policy?

7 Day Replacement Policy :

  • This item is eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or incorrect item delivered to you. If we are unable to repair or replace the item satisfactorily, the defective / damaged item will be eligible for a refund.
  • Please keep the item in its original condition, with an undamaged brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories.
  • We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
  • Please note that any damage caused due to usage will not qualify.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of product.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
  • Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received.

How long does the refund process take?

The refund process can take up to 3-5 days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds we will refund the amount to the same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a refund to the payment mode shared by you while raising a return request.

Broken Items

Should an item be received broken, please email us on customercare@femora.in / Whatsapp us on +91-8696954271 , within 2 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name and a picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our cost.

Defective Items

Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us on customercare@femora.in / Whatsapp us on +91-8696954271 , within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.
